Premium Audio Company, LLC (PAC) and Pioneer Corporation have announced their mutual decision not to renew their home audio and home theater partnership agreement. This decision concludes a successful multi-year collaboration in licensing and marketing between the two companies. The conclusion of this agreement applies only to Pioneer brand products produced and sold by PAC and does not include Pioneer brand automotive, television, headphone, wireless audio, professional sound, or other products produced and sold by Pioneer Corporation or other Pioneer licensing partners.
PAC and Pioneer developed and launched numerous products during their collaboration. As the partnership concludes, both companies part ways with mutual respect and appreciation. Development of Pioneer and Pioneer Elite home audio and home theater products will continue under the direction of Pioneer Corporation.
As part of this transition, PAC will continue to provide service and support for all Pioneer and Pioneer Elite products it has produced and sold during this partnership. PAC remains dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and satisfaction to its loyal customers. The PAC operated Pioneer Home website will remain active to support all Pioneer purchases made through PAC-authorized dealers and distributors with model-specific service and support information, making it easy to identify the appropriate support resources.
