Premium Audio Company Sells its Jamo and Energy Brands to Rayleigh Lab and Cinemaster

Companies are collaborating to ensure a seamless transition for all customers and partners served.

Premium Audio Company (PAC) has announced that Rayleigh Lab and Cinemaster have successfully completed the acquisition of the Jamo and Energy brands from its parent company, VOXX International Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX). The transaction date was effective August 15, 2024, and the companies are collaborating to ensure a seamless transition for all customers and partners served.

Rayleigh Lab, a leader in audio R&D and manufacturing headquartered in Shenzhen, China, is led by its founder and CEO, Thomas Li. Cinemaster, the largest audio distribution company in China, was founded by Xiaodong Yang, who has had a long and fruitful partnership with Jamo since 1996.

Jamo, established in Denmark in 1968, is known for its sound quality and cutting-edge design. The acquisition aims to build on Jamo’s legacy with the combined strengths of Rayleigh Lab’s technological advancements and Cinemaster’s extensive market reach.
