Pro Audio Technology (PRO) has hired Victor Holloway as the company’s vice president.
A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Holloway brings 30 years of experience working in middle market organizations serving the professional services, marketing, and software industries. Previous executive positions include president of Hooven Marketing, president of Sierra Distributing, and president of CCSI. Holloway earned his CPA working at Arthur Anderson, where he also participated in the consulting side of the practice. A calculated risk taker, Holloway has founded three successful startups and has mergers and acquisitions experience with management buyouts utilizing both venture capital and bank funding.
“I am thrilled to be joining the talented Pro Audio Technology team,” said Holloway. “The performance of the products is exemplary and is renowned to dealers around the world as the best home theater and distributed audio solutions available today. I intend to amplify this message and work with the sales team to introduce the brand to new markets throughout the US and beyond.”

As owner, Hales will continue to guide company direction, remain informed on all strategic business decisions, and oversee critical operational functions including product development and marketing. The new appointment also lends Hales the necessary time to focus on what he loves most—designing products. Hales looks forward to working with long-time PRO software engineer, Chris Farley, to further develop the breadth and depth of the PRO product line, as well as another special project.

Holloway’s appointment as Vice President is effective immediately. PRO is exhibiting at CEDA Expo 2018 in sound room #14 (SR-14).
