HDMI video distributed via coax is a more relevant challenge that most people think. Plenty of folks out there desperately need a solution that’s simple, scalable and doesn’t create an aesthetic or dangerous mess of tangled cables. Pro Video Instruments (PVI), a manufacturer of cutting-edge digital video distribution systems will showcase its VeCOAX MiniMod-2, a solution that addresses this problem with a strong emphasis on scalability.
“There are other solutions out there but none that give users the control and scalability needed for more complex applications,” said Sarah Carli of PVI. “By using a simple splitter attached to a VeCOAX MiniMod-2, users can take their HDMI signal at full 1080p quality, to an unlimited number of TVs. That’s scalability.”
The MiniMod-2, as it is known in the industry, will be on display at the 2018 Infocomm show in Las Vegas, booth C4424 in the Central Hall.
