ProSource has restructured its district management team to provide members with dedicated, focused support of CE and custom integration solutions. Prior to this change, the field management of ProSource’s dealer network was handled as a shared responsibility with BrandSource; however, moving forward, this new team will be dedicated to the unique needs of the more than 500-strong dealer base that make up ProSource. In organizing this change, five regions have been established, each with a dedicated individual to serve the needs of the dealers and further develop the network of communication between the members.

Dave Workman, CEO and president commented, “This change will allow us to tailor the duties and responsibilities of our field team towards a 100 percent focus on the CE categories and the business demands that are most important to our dealer base. Heading up this team are Sherry Dantonio as director of membership and Tim Bashford as director of field management. With the pace of change and dynamics in custom integration and the CE business overall, our dealers require an increased level of specialization from the field team, and this change directly aligns with our company’s ‘member’s first’ philosophy.”
