RoseWater Energy has appointed Jeff Miller as its new Eastern Regional sales manager. Covering all territories east of the Mississippi River, Miller will help expand RoseWater Energy’s presence among luxury residential systems integrators, designers, architects, and other building professionals while advancing the company’s mission of making power management a critical component of every high-performance home.
Miller brings more than two decades of experience in the CEDIA channel, including 12 years as a custom integrator and leadership roles with some of the industry’s most recognized technology brands, including TiVo, eero, WyreStorm, and URC. His extensive background spans AV distribution, networking, and control systems, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges integrators face in designing, deploying, and supporting today’s increasingly sophisticated home technology systems.
In his new role, Miller will focus on strengthening dealer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping integration partners recognize the critical role power plays in overall system performance, reliability, and profitability.
“Jeff’s experience as both an integrator and manufacturer representative gives him tremendous credibility with our dealer partners,” says Joe Piccirilli, CEO of RoseWater Energy. “He understands firsthand how integrators operate, the challenges they encounter in the field, and the pressure they face to deliver flawless technology experiences. Just as importantly, he understands that power is often the hidden culprit behind many of the issues dealers spend countless hours troubleshooting. Jeff is uniquely positioned to help our partners identify those opportunities and grow their businesses.”
Miller was drawn to RoseWater by both the company’s reputation and its ability to solve one of the industry’s most overlooked challenges. “Throughout my career, I’ve worked across virtually every major category in the integration business — video distribution, networking, control systems, and entertainment technologies,” says Miller. “The one thing missing from my toolbelt was power. What I’ve discovered is that RoseWater is the best-in-class solution for addressing the complex power issues that impact every subsystem in a home. This is the first time I’ve worked with a company that sits at the very top of its product category, and the opportunity to work alongside Joe and the RoseWater team was something I couldn’t pass up.”
Miller believes many integrators still underestimate how much power quality affects system performance, long-term reliability, and service demand in the field. “Every device that plugs in shares one thing in common: power,” he says. “Yet too often, when a system becomes unstable, dealers look first at software, networking, programming, or installation practices, while power is rarely treated as a primary suspect. For custom integrators, there is a real opportunity to view power not simply as another product category, but as a way to solve problems, reduce callbacks, improve the client experience, and create a meaningful new profit center.”
Another key differentiator that impresses Miller is RoseWater Energy’s concierge approach. RoseWater Energy gives custom integrators a clear path to offer advanced power solutions while helping protect their time and profitability through hands-on support throughout the sales, design, installation, commissioning, and deployment process. “Our partners don’t need to invest in additional trucks, warehouse space, installation personnel, or specialized expertise,” he explains. “RoseWater handles the logistics and commissioning, allowing dealers to focus on what they do best while benefiting from a premium solution that adds value to every project. Margins continue to shrink across many product categories, but power represents an opportunity to add a high-value solution without adding significant operational overhead.”
