The appointment became effective August 1, 2016. “Our signing with Seymour-Screen Excellence comes at the perfect time given this year’s CEDIA takes place in our back yard,” said Sage AV Solutions president John Savali. “I know the film screen category well and am ‘blown away’ by the innovative designs, performance, and fit-and-finish that Seymour-Screen Excellence brings to the table. I am eager for my dealers to see this line up close and personal. We anticipate a huge show for us and Seymour-Screen Excellence.” John Savali, president of Sage AV Solutions At CEDIA, Seymour-Screen Excellence will unveil its TAM-1T, a single-masked, motorized A.T. film screen that uses a single top-drop down mask approach to achieve constant image width across three aspect ratios. The screen will take center stage in a DTS:X 9.4.4 and Dolby Atmos theater demo room located in Seymour-Screen Excellence’s booth (4454) along with partners CDGi and Datasat. Part of the emphasis of the presentation will be on engineering a theater for acoustics as well as aesthetics. The demos will be conducted throughout all three days of the show.
