Sonos has hired Mark Crandell to the AMPAC sales team as U.S. director of sales. He will report directly to managing director of sales Bob Spaner and will oversee U.S. regional retail, online, and integrator sales channels.
Crandell will be based out of Glen Rock, New Jersey.
With more than 17 years of experience, Crandell most recently served as associate VP of channel marketing and strategic sales at Sharp Electronics in Mahwah, New Jersey. Prior to Sharp, he held several positions at Sony Electronics, most recently as national account manager in Richmond, Virginia, working exclusively Sony’s Supply Chain Management initiative at Circuit City. Crandell graduated from Greenville College (IL) with a BS in audio engineering.
Crandell fills one of the many openings currently available at Sonos. Members of the company will be at CES meeting with a variety of new job candidates to fill a variety of positions, some of which are listed here.
With fourth quarter growth in registrations looking extremely strong, Sonos expects to add up to 20 new positions in 2010.
