Tributaries has unveiled its newly revamped website with simplified information gathering tools designed to make it easier to explore the company’s array of product offerings on the public pages.

Tributaries also added a shopping area, providing dealers a dedicated site for online ordering. For reps, a new site provides for online ordering as well as real-time information for their territory.

“We are thrilled with the new website offering customers easy access to information so they can quickly compare products, and if more information is desired, it’s very easy to find,” said Joe Perfito, president of Tributaries. “While the addition of the new dealer and rep sites provide a powerful tool for our sales force with a complete online ordering system and invoice tracking system. Tributaries now provides a simplified and informative consumer front with a dealer/rep back-end that expedites doing business with our company. We believe this will greatly enhance the way our partners can operate and ultimately increase profit for everyone.”

The main consumer site will offer 4 tabs for quick reference to every product, including features and benefits, specifications, images, and downloads which will include literature, specifications, manuals, warranty information etc.

The dealer site is structured with four tabs: Shop Our Products, My Account, Resources and Contact Us. In the Shop Our Products area, dealers can shop Tributaries line with access to its 4000+ products via an easy to use menu and narrow the search function. Dealers can build carts while on the job and submit them later via saved carts. When the order is ready to submit, the site will tell the dealer how close they are to earning free freight on that order.

The My Account section gives access to important account information that includes established payment terms, credit limit and invoice ageing with the ability to view invoices and print statements. Due to the sensitive business nature of this information, Tributaries has built-in security levels for user activities. The account section also includes purchase history: with a quick view of VIR and Free Freight earned as well as a purchase history in dollars by month, quarter and year. Resources section includes anything related to assisting sales, saving dealers time from bouncing back and forth from the consumer site looking for tech documents and supporting materials.

The dedicated Rep site provides access to the features of the dealer site, going even further to provide critical and detailed real-time information to a rep organization for each dealer in their territory. They can view account info, invoices, statements, product movement, purchase history, RMA status, order placement, etc. Tributaries has added a shared note section on each account for the sales rep and the corporate office to add helpful notes about the dealer’s development. The resources section has territory reports, commission reports, pricelists, as well as many other options. Tributaries has provided various security levels, which a rep can manage internally to determine which users have access to what information.
