Vantage/Legrands Executive VP to Leave the Company

Richard B. Brady will leave Vantage/Legrand in mid-June to serve on a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Orem, UT–Vantage/Legrand has announced that executive vice president, Richard B. Brady, will leave the company to preside over the California Carlsbad Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Vantage/Legrand was made aware of Brady’s pending departure in early 2007 and has been implementing a plan to transition his responsibilities to others on the Vantage/Legrand team.

“Richard’s decision was received with mixed emotions,” said Vantage/Legrand president Ron Wilson. “We are excited about the new opportunities and challenges that are ahead of him, but we will miss his steady influence, positive attitude, and sincere dedication to Vantage/Legrand,” said Wilson.

Brady joined the Vantage/Legrand team in 2000 and has been a key player during a period of tremendous growth and significant changes. The most notable change being the acquisition of Vantage Controls by Legrand North America in August 2006.
