Vizio unveiled a complete AV assortment for the home including new M-series HDR TVs, soundbars, and wireless speakers.
The new 2017 Vizio SmartCast M-series Ultra HD HDR XLED Plus Display collection is powered by the company’s full-array local dimming backlight technology, XLED Plus, for added color performance, image detail, and clarity, the vendor said. The line supports Dolby Vision and HDR10 content.
Ultra Color Spectrum, which is said to depict every hue and tone for more accuracy, and the Xtreme Black Engine Plus, utilize 32 local dimming zones and Vizio’s advanced local dimming algorithm to dynamically adapt brightness to mimic the on-screen image.
