Xantech Promotes Tech Service Manager

Alex Orellana will oversee implementation of Xantechs new consumer resource management software.

Sylmar, CA–Xantech Corporation has promoted Alex Orellana to manager of technical services. In his new role, one of Orellanas primary responsibilities will be to oversee the implementation and internal training of RIATAXantechs new consumer resource management (CRM) software.

Alexs knowledge of Xantech products and his familiarity of the entire Xantech organization is a tremendous asset that we can utilize to provide our customers with the quickest and most thorough service possible, said Don Mosandl, vice president of operations. I am absolutely confidant that Alex will excel with his new duties and goals.

A 10-year Xantech veteran, Orellana previously served as the liaison between Xantech and its factory in China. As the manager of technical resources, Orellana, who reports directly to the vice president of operations, will focus primarily on Xantechs RIATA software. Evidence of Xantechs continued commitment to provide the best service possible, RIATA is a proven software system that ensures customers are provided prompt service that meets their needs thus enhancing their level of satisfaction. Other duties will include monitoring improvements to phone systemsresulting in reduced service timesalong with overseeing manufacturing engineering issues.

I am eager to step into this new role, Orellana said. One of my top priorities is the continued improvement of Xantechs customer relations and overall customer satisfaction. One way we can accomplish this is through RIATA which will help us improve and streamline our internal operations to provide our customers the most reliable and comprehensive service.
