Continuing to expand its presence in emerging markets, Atlona has named Sanket Sawant business development manager for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh, a new post for the signal distribution and connectivity company.
Sawant, formerly of India-based operations at Kramer Electronics and Speakercraft, comes to Atlona with more than a decade of experience in AV sales and distribution in India, Pakistan, and the Middle East. He will lead Atlona’s residential and commercial sales efforts in the region and will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with local system integrators and distributors. He is based in Mumbai, India.
