JBL’S CONTROL NOW AND CONTROL NOW AW LOUDSPEAKERS

These new loudspeakers — for indoor and outdoor use, respectively — have been crafted in a quarter-round shape that enables them to be placed virtually anywhere. BROAN-NUTONE’S FLUORESCENT RECESSED FAN/LIGHT
This ENERGY STAR-qualified dual-purpose innovation offers homeowners with media and family rooms a combined exhaust and lighting solution. It features a fluorescent 14-watt, pin-based light bulb, with a sound rating of 1.5 Sones for half the noise volume of a traditional house fan. The unit also exhausts 70 cubic feet per minute of air and is UL listed for use over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI-protected branch circuit.

TRIAD’S VISIONART AUDIO SOLUTIONS SYSTEMS
Forged in partnership with AV concealment experts, VisionArt Galleries, the VisionArt line of products by Triad offer a fan-cooling system integrated into a precision-fabricated, pre-constructed mounting box, which then houses the flat-panel display, fine art canvas concealment system and audio system— eliminating the need for a standard television back-box mounting system. Speaker wiring is recessed into the speaker housings for easy access and flush mounting. VisionArt systems start at $3,500.

SPEAKERCRAFT’S ROX OUTDOOR ROCK SPEAKERS
The company has replaced its entire line of outdoor rock speakers with the new Rox line. Consisting of four models, one each with a 5-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch woofer, as well as a subwoofer model, the line is available in either granite or sandstone finishes.

HOMELOGIC’S DVR PRO TAB
The OneHome DVR Tab provides a simple and easyto- use interface to retrieve and view recorded video from any compatible video camera in a HomeLogic system. Video recording can be triggered by motion sensed in the video camera view, by time of day or by other events such as security breaches, driveway sensors, gates, windows and doors. Once stored, you can quickly scan through footage to locate an event of interest. It also allows playback through a variety of viewer interfaces, including the Internet and smart phones for instant global monitoring.

AXIOM AUDIO’S T2 IN-WALL SPEAKERS
Designed for left-and-center channel placement, these new loudspeakers complement flat-panel displays. With a façade of only 11.65 inches (H) x 6.4 inches (W), and a speaker rise of 5/8 of an inch above the wall surface, the T2 offers a relatively low profile. Sound wise, it delivers a SPL of 86 dB (anechoic) and 90 dB (in-room) and a frequency response of 22kHz to 70kHz (+/-3dB Hz), via a one-inch titanium tweeter and a 5.25-inch aluminum woofer.
