Control4 Corporation announced their next generation of entertainment and automation controllers, the EA Series, during a live stream to 12 dealer events across the United States and Canada.

Nearly 800 dealers gathered in New York City, Atlanta, Miami, Indianapolis, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Toronto and Vancouver to learn about the EA Series. Control4 also incorporated product-training sessions into each of the live events, as the controllers are shipping to dealers immediately.

“The EA-1 is going to open up many business opportunities for many dealers,” said Michael Christon of Certified Custom Integrators. “The price point is very attractive at $600 with a remote control, I can see this taking customers away from the DIY market, so we can get back in there, sell the solution and expand upon it.”
