StormAudio’s full suite of Immersive Sound Processors (ISP) now support the DTS:X 3D audio codec as a standard feature, making the line compatible with all existing and future leading sound formats, including Dolby Atmos, DTS:X and Auro-3D.
DTS:X is one of the major formats when it comes to immersive sound in the home cinema space and delivers truly captivating entertainment experiences in home theaters by accurately conveying the fluid movement of sound to create a richer entertainment soundscape. This object-based 3D audio sound format places sound where it would occur naturally in space, creating a life-like multi-dimensional audio experience.
StormAudio’s line consists of 16- and 32-channel immersive sound processors and amplifiers. Other contributing factors include its compatibility with all three sound formats; system scalability and commonality of the same user-interface used across all three processors.
