Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2023?
CEDIA Expo is always an exciting show for Just Add Power, where we meet installers and look to find innovative, scalable ways to support AV-over-IP trends in the home and resimercial installs. There’s nothing better than seeing colleagues we’ve known for years again, as well as integrators who are new to the industry. We’re thrilled to be back in Denver with some of our hallmark activities at CEDIA — including raffling three guitars and donating again to Guitars for Vets.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
The commercial side of the industry will be represented more this year with the co-location of the Commercial Integrator Expo. We’re excited to see that as many of the same features and functions that make AV-over-IP great for the home are just as relevant to commercial applications. We continue to see exciting innovations in screen technology and connected applications throughout facilities. And AI is on everyone’s mind!
What will you focus on at the show?
Dominating the show will be our MaxColor 4K60 Series 2 devices, which distribute 4K 60 4:4:4 chroma over a gigabit network while natively providing full video resolution and color space from source to screen. This series includes Audio Return Channel, a fiber port for those installs that use fiber instead of ethernet cable, and a USB-C input for keyboard/video touchscreen/mouse control or a webcam. You’ll be able to experience the products’ zero detectable latency for yourself, but you’ll have to come to the booth to learn more about that!
