Why does your company exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2023?
Screen Innovations exhibits at CEDIA Expo because all our friends will be there. Seriously, all our dealers and manufacture partners are in one place on planet Earth; anyone not attending or exhibiting at CEDIA Expo are not in my club. Regional shows are great, but there is nothing like having the entire industry travel from around the world to be together in one place.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
One of the most exciting trends is that trade shows are back! Few industries change faster than residential electronics, so education and live product demonstrations are an essential part of our expanding the industry. Screen Innovations invests a lot of treasure and time to present an experience to industry partners that educates and wows equally well. Our dealers come away better fortified to intelligently talk about all that is new with shades and projection screens.
What will your company focus on at the show?
It’s in the name — innovation is what we will be showing at CEDIA. Innovations in masking systems, innovations in ambient light rejecting screen technology, and, of course, innovations in outdoor and indoor motorized shade technologies. By being present and involved at CEDIA Expo, Screen Innovations can demonstrate ease of installation, share the elevator pitch, and answer dealer questions on a one-to-one basis. You can’t get that from a brochure!
