Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2024?
Besides being an opportunity for the members of the D-Tools team to see our long-time industry friends, peers, and partners, CEDIA Expo enables us to meet face to face with our customers to unveil new features of the industry-leading, end-to-end D-Tools business management software. It’s also a chance to receive feedback from integrators on their wants and needs for future upgrades of our constantly evolving software.
In booth #2724, the D-Tools team will be conducting demos of our award-winning System Integrator (SI) on-premises solution and cloud-based software D-Tools Cloud. We also will be unveiling our new groundbreaking D-Tools Payments solution, which will transform integrators’ payment processes.
What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
CEDIA Expo is where new products are often introduced to the market, many times from new burgeoning equipment categories. D-Tools connects with those suppliers at the show to make sure to include their new products in our expansive Product Library, which has more than 1.4 million products with integrator-level pricing. We also expect to hear from more integrators who will be looking to expand their service offerings for their clients to derive recurring monthly revenue. D-Tools has a comprehensive service management module in its software to help accommodate that growing trend. Moreover, at CEDIA Expo 2024, D-Tools is debuting its new D-Tools Payments solution, which is ideal for handling recurring payments from clients for service agreements and monitoring contracts.
What will you focus on at the show?
CEDIA Expo 2024 will mark the debut of D-Tools Payments, a secure, fully embedded solution designed to streamline payment processing directly within the D-Tools Cloud environment. Among its many features, D-Tools Payments offers:
- Transparent pricing model and quick access to funds with transparent transaction fees for credit card and ACH payments made through the solution. Straightforward underwriting procedures allow an integrator to start processing transactions quickly without the typical complexities or delays.
- In-app notifications instantly alert integrators to potential issues and provide actionable guidance for quick resolution. D-Tools Payments is ideal for automated collection of recurring invoices.
- Advanced encryption and robust security protocols ensure every transaction is protected using a secure, Microsoft Azure-based system.
