Why exhibit at CEDIA Expo 2024?

What is the most exciting trend you expect to see at the show?
Music reproduction is what started this industry and I’m really glad we are paying homage in 2024. The resurgence of high-quality audio is gaining significant momentum with immersive music mastered in Dolby Atmos becoming increasingly accessible in media and home theater setups. This format, produced as a natively immersive experience, can genuinely transport listeners to the venue, making them feel as if they are present with the artist, whether it is the recording studio or any live venue. So that’s why we’re really excited to be supporting Trinnov Audio at CEDIA Expo this year at their immersive audio demo in Sound Room 16. At Kordz, we like to say, experiencing is believing, and Trinnov’s demo room is an awesome way for systems integrators to see, hear, and touch our cabling and connectivity solutions to grasp the incredible difference they make in the performance, reliability, and longevity of a smart home ecosystem. Another is our ever-popular Termination Challenge, being held at Booth #3823 with our distribution partner, Future Ready Solutions. Both underscore the increasingly critical role of quality cabling — a trend that influences every aspect of the integration industry, especially audio.
What will you focus on at the show?
Sustainability is a big focus across industries now as new government legislation and regulations emerge, and this year Kordz has been proud to take another step towards a cleaner, greener AV industry with our revolutionary and multi-award-winning bulk packaging, BeltPak. This compact 100% recyclable paper packaging solution launched for our best-selling PRO Patch Cords reduces plastic waste while being so much quicker and easier to handle.
