Wednesday, September 6, 2023, 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
CEDIA’s Integrated Home Market Analysis (IHMA), released in the spring of 2022, found that dealers overwhelmingly served the Uber Luxury and Luxury segments while only 40 percent served mid-market. The mid-market tier has a large addressable customer base. These potential clients are tech-savvy with disposable income and yet the majority of integrators aren’t working in the middle market and don’t know how.
