The summer training season has started early for PowerHouse Alliance distributor members, who will host over 25 trainings and events across the country this May.
Midwest distributor, CED (Consumer Electronics Distributors), is opening a new location in Elk Grove Village, IL on May 16. The new location will offer a will-call area with interactive displays featuring the latest product offerings.
Southeastern distributor member 21st Century Distributing is hosting a month-long Integration Innovation Roadshow, which will make multiple stops in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee. The Integration Innovation Roadshow will include integration and network trainings, lunch and show-floor sessions. 21st Century Distributing will also have trainings on URC Total Control and Clare Controls.
Continuing the URC and Clare Controls training, EDI (Electrical Distributing Inc.), will host sessions at their Portland and Seattle locations, along with RTI training. They will also be attending the Pacific Northwest Consumer Electronics Expo in mid-May. EDI is incentivizing their dealers with the chance to win a 2016 Chevrolet Camaro RS between February 1 and September 30.
Throughout May, Volutone will host Sonos and Luxul trainings, as well as the 8th Annual Southern California Technology & Business Summit at two off-site locations on May 3 and 5. Other distributor members including Sierra Select Distributors, ECD (Electronic Custom Distributors), and Autco are hosting several training sessions in May including Denon, URC Total Control, JVC, and Peerless Outdoor TV trainings.
“Not only are our members offering a significant amount of training opportunities to their dealers across the country in May, we are also attending several events and celebrating the expansion and addition of new locations,” said Dennis Holzer, executive director, of PowerHouse Alliance. “The strength and continuous growth of the PowerHouse Alliance is proof that education is key to our success as well as to our dealers.”
