Atlona Technologies‘ Si and Signature line matrix switchers have earned Control4 certification, ensuring compatibility with Control4 home automation systems. In addition, the company will be hitting the road with Control4 as part of the 2011 dealer education tour.

All components earning Control4 certification must pass interoperability tests in Control4 labs. Atlona offers a wide range of Control4-certified matrix switchers for home theater, light commercial AV systems, and large-scale digital signage, government, military, and heavy commercial applications. In addition to Control4 certification, many Atlona matrix switchers feature RS-232 interfaces and use the standard ASCII format, making them compatible with most major control systems.

“At Atlona, we are committed to making the lives of installers easier in the field, while providing the best possible systems for their clients. Earning Control4 certification for our switching products is a testament to that commitment,” said Ilya Khayn, president of Atlona Technologies. “Installers utilizing Control4 automation systems can be confident that our powerful solutions can be integrated seamlessly, providing simplified operation over multiple sources and displays. We look forward to discussing the exciting possibilities with dealers on the Control4 dealer education tour.”

Now in its seventh year, the annual dealer education tour provides dealers with education, technical training, and face-to-face interactions from the Control4 team. The tour will visit 15 cities from March through October, and will offer two simultaneous tracks for attendees, one focusing on sales and management strategies and the other offering technical training and support.
