HARMAN has hired David Tovissi as vice president and general manager of the Luxury Audio Division. Tovissi brings over 35 years of consumer electronics experience to HARMAN through his various executive roles in manufacturing, retail, custom installation, and post-sales service organizations. Most recently Tovissi was the executive vice president of ToughBuilt Industries Inc, a manufacturer of products for the construction industry.
