Upper Saddle River, NJ–Integra has instituted a Just-in-Time Delivery Program to respond to its dealers’ frequent need for expedited components. Under the new program, Integra reps will increase local inventory and upgrade their delivery capabilities.
“When it comes to support for the custom installer, we are once again out ahead of the competition,” stated Integra’s national sales manager, Mark Weisenberg. “When an installer needs something ‘now,’ they don’t want to wait for shipping. Now, they can get it overnight, or even the same day if they are close enough to their sales rep’s warehouse.”
The stocking levels and model mix in each territory are based on the needs of the immediate market that the rep services. There are no dollar figure or model mix requirements. The company will identify those models that make sense for each market on a case-by-case basis. In addition, the net purchases will count towards the company’s rebate program.
