Inter Technologies Expands Service Offerings

Enhances Customer Support with Preventative Maintenance and Post-Warranty Support

Inter Technologies Corporation has announced an expanded program of preventative maintenance and post-warranty support for enhanced customer service. Jeff Bazow, newly appointed director of client services for Inter Technologies, will support the expanded service offerings.

Inter Technologies’ preventative maintenance and post-warranty support services are designed to reduce future problems. In the event an issue is experienced, ITC’s support services team will troubleshoot the system to get the system up and running as quickly as possible. The support services team is available for support online, via phone, and in-person. ITC’s support services include technical support for integrated systems and video equipment. ITC provides various tiers of support services, unlimited service calls and emails, national technical dispatch for on-site resolution, report ticket tracking, and one-hour response time to phone and email request and one to two business days for on-site response.
