Gramophone and World Wide Stereo have appointed Justin Adams as chief integration & technology officer (CITO). Adams will lead custom integration, engineering, programming, service, and electrical operations across both companies, with responsibility for technical standards, workforce development, and innovation.

Since joining Gramophone in 2013, Adams has advanced through sales, store management, custom integration, and operations. His recent sales and installation work at World Wide Stereo gives him experience across the entire client journey, from system design through service.
In the new role, Adams will establish consistent engineering practices and expand training across technical teams. Gramophone and World Wide Stereo will remain independent while sharing expertise and resources that strengthen their operations.
