Lutron Electronics Co. Inc. says that a settlement has been reached over its International Trade Commission complaint against Neptun Light Inc.
The complaint contained allegations that Neptun dimmers infringed a Lutron patent relating to Lutron’s lighting control products.
As part of the settlement, Neptun has agreed to remove from the U.S. all existing inventory of the accused products.
Further, Neptun agreed to the entry of a Consent Order whereby it agreed not to import or sell any of the accused products within the U.S.
