MainStream Audio, provider of multiroom wireless streaming audio products for consumers and residential AV integrators, has hired Kevin Baisley, an industry veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry.
Baisley joins MainStream Audio as the director of sales, with a focus on marketing, distribution, and overall business development efforts in the United States and Latin America. Though Baisley has just recently joined MainStream Audio, he’s been working with Mark Langley, MainStream Audio’s president, for many years. In 2014, Baisley joined Distinct Distributors Inc., a sister company to MainStream Audio, and assisted Mark with starting the U.S. subsidiary company, Distinctly Canadian.
Baisley started in the pro AV industry in the late 1980s and has worked with several larger manufacturing organizations and start-ups for 20-plus years. Previously, he served as the senior advisor for Billiken Group, vice president of sales and marketing for Vutec Corporation, and vice president of enhanced services at Executive Conferencing Services, Inc.
