Remote support company Parasol launched its monthly Peace Of Mind report card to its dealers and their subscribers this week.
Dealers will be given the opportunity to opt-in to the new program, which then enables Parasol to send out monthly co-branded reports to subscribers showing them how many issues have been resolved, how much time & money they’ve saved and global statistics across the entire country.
“We’re excited to help our dealers show the value of the Parasol service to their customers in a meaningful monthly report,” says Ted Bremekamp, Parasol’s co-founder and director of operations. “Many of the questions we heard from our dealers and their subscribers relate back to demonstrating to the homeowner how the service is saving them time and money.
