POM Expands Service, Support Program

Peace of Mind Technologies (POM) has introduced POMAdvantage, an expanded customer service and support program. Matt Tomao, POM’s newly appointed customer experience manager, will spearhead the POMAdvantage initiative that covers all the commercial and residential technology security, AV, and telecom/data integration solutions POM offers.

According to Jon Ecker, president of Peace of Mind Technologies, “POMAdvantage guarantees our customers will never have to worry about their system being down or receiving unexpected bills for system malfunctions. POMAdvantage offers companies and individuals the ‘peace of mind’ they need, which is the whole premise of our existence. We know system malfunctions can sometimes have serious consequences, such as a missed recording of a critical incident.
