ProSource have announced the 2021 Members of the Year annual honorees that will be celebrated at the ProSource Summit 2022, being held at the brand new Caesar’s Forum Convention Center in Las Vegas, March 6–9.
“Each member selected for this award is an innovator,” says Dave Workman, CEO and president of ProSource. “The award is based upon a member’s ability to meet or exceed the established criteria, including a member’s participation within the group, support of group brands, conducting business in a manner that stands as an example to other members, and selection for industry awards and recognition. We extend our heartiest congratulations to each of the 2021 Members of the Year, honor their ability to evolve and adapt to the rapid changes in technology and market trends, and applaud the investment they have made in their people to create a winning team.”
The 2021 Members of the Year, listed by region, are:
Northeast: Total Home Technologies – Keith Harrison, CEO
“After 30 years in business it is a true honor to receive this industry award,” says Harrison. “I joined a ‘buying group’ but got a family of business partners. North Central: Technology Interiors – Rick Goren, President

“Rick started his company in 1997 in Indianapolis from his love for audio and speakers,” says Nicole Riddle, ProSource district manager for the North Central Region. “Rick is not only a business owner, he is also an inventor. I am amazed at how he is constantly evolving and coming up with new ideas to grow his business and stay relevant to this industry. Rick has created a family feel for his employees that has resulted in long-standing careers for his team. He never misses a ProSource event and is readily available for the group whenever his participation is requested. I am so proud of the growth I’ve witnessed in his business and am proud to give him this award.”
Southeast: SoundVision – Mark DiPietro, Managing Partner
“ProSource has fundamentally changed the way we do business,” commented DiPietro. “The products, contacts, and ProSourceU for training have each, in their own way, helped us advance our profitability and our productivity. We would succeed without it, but we would be nowhere near as successful.”

West: Pacific Audio & Communications – Phil Mulligan and Pat Mulligan, Owners
