QMotion Motorized Shades Installed in Wounded Veteran’s Smart Home

QMotion Advanced Shading Systems donated 21 motorized window shades in support of the construction of a specially adapted custom Smart Home for Marine Corps. Cpl. Mark Litynski and his family in Duluth, MN.

After serving and protecting our country in faraway places, readjusting to civilian life at home can sometimes be difficult. That adjustment becomes even more challenging for those heroes who were severely wounded.

Through the efforts of the Gary Sinise Foundation and their R.I.S.E. Program (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment), QMotion Advanced Shading Systems donated 21 motorized window shades in support of the construction of a specially adapted custom Smart Home for Marine Corps. Cpl. Mark Litynski and his family in Duluth, MN.

The QMotion Qadvanced Automated Roller Shades feature ultra-quiet, friction-free operation, no external wires, and easy battery replacement without having to remove the shade from the tube. All QMotion Qadvanced Roller Shades are equipped with a patented manual override feature through which users can operate the shades by remote control or by hand without damage to the shade or motor. In addition, QMotion donated two Qconnect systems that enable the shades to be connected with most home automation systems.
