Nearly tripling in size, new corporate headquarters for control systems manufacturer features training and demonstration areas.

Shakopee, MN–Remote Technologies Inc. (RTI), the leading control systems manufacturer, has relocated to a new, world headquarters in Shakopee, Minnesota.

Located in the southwest corner of the Twin Cities metropolitan area, the 30,000 square-foot complex features 13,000 square feet of warehouse space along with state-of-the-art training and demonstration areas. Priding itself on creating a positive work environment, RTI provides employees with the best amenities possible at the new facility which includes a cappuccino bar, game room, theater, and other services.

This new facility offers opportunities to expand support and development teams to another level at RTI, said Pete Baker, vice president of sales and marketing for RTI. We effectively tripled the size of our previous corporate headquarters, which, in addition to providing room for growth, will allow us to host sales and training events throughout the year. Aside from simply expanding, a major focus was also placed on providing our dedicated staff with a comfortable work environment. With this impressive facility, we have created a productive and friendly workplace.

The upgraded facility will only enhance RTIs Committed to Custom (C2CTM) initiative by offering on-site training resources and room to increase key support areas as RTI continues to provide innovative, sophisticated and user-friendly control systems. With a dedication to creating world-class control solutions for the custom market, RTI recently expanded its award-winning line with the introduction of the highly acclaimed U2 Waterproof Controller, T2-Cs and T3-V Universal Controllers along with the MRP-64 Multi-Room Control Processor and RKM-1 Multi-Room Audio Keypad.
