Savants Rosie Takes a Bow in Concept Home

Osterville, MA--Savant Systems first ever public in-home product installation and demo will take place at a concept home sponsored by Massachusetts ABC television affiliate, WCVB Channel 5. Located on Ox Pasture Lane in Cohasset, MA, the upscale custom built home will feature top-of-the-line products and materials from an array of suppliers.

Savant will be showing off their Rosie controller and a 13.3inch wireless touch panel, which will operate media and entertainment applications throughout the home. The Savant touch panel provides intuitive and graphically rich control of Rosies vast home automation capabilities. Cape Cod-based, AViX LLC is in charge of integrating the Savant hardware into the model home.

The Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps is the charity partner in the 2007 Concept Home. Proceeds from the tours of the home will directly benefit the children in 18 programs throughout 10 communities across Massachusetts.

Savant Systems, in conjunction with AViX, LLC will be hosting an open house for VIPs from the media on Monday, May 21 from 6 p.m. to10 p.m. The open house will include active demos of the Savant technology. Refreshments will be served.
