Projects
You can now group proposals into projects. You can merge and move proposals from one project to another. A project can have multiple proposals and change orders. The user can view the project summary or individual proposal/change order details.
Change Orders
Change orders are easily created and tracked. Proposals are automatically or manually locked once work is started.
Improved User Interface
Many of the screens use a responsive technology, which allows you to adjust SmartOffice Online’s screen size to match the device you are using. This can be appreciated by the vast array of desktops and laptops, and on tablets and phones too.
