StreamUnlimited has been selected for Google Cast multi-room certification. StreamUnlimited already works closely with Google Cast, supporting SoC vendors, module makers, and consumer brands to incorporate Google Cast onto platforms, modules, and products. Furthermore, StreamUnlimited has a vast experience in multi-room technology and testing of audio products.
Google Cast lets you cast your favorite entertainment from your phone, tablet, or laptop to your TV or speakers. In 2015, Google Cast added Rhapsody, Napster, Spotify, and 7Digital to their list of high-resolution audio streaming apps and they plan to continue expanding this year.
“Over the last year, we have worked closely and productively with the Google Cast team to prepare this certification activity,” said Frits Wittgrefe, chief executive officer for StreamUnlimited. “We aim to be a customer friendly certification house, giving brands quick service and value-added feedback.”
