Silicon Labs and Orvibo, an AIoT smart home device, systems, and solution provider, have announced a collaboration to develop a new line of smart home devices using Silicon Labs’ Zigbee wireless technology. Orvibo’s latest MixPad series product lines leverage the Silicon Labs’ Zigbee EFR32 MG21 SoC solution to connect smart home panels and switches to many applications, including lighting, curtain, HVAC systems, and home security devices.
Orivbo selected the Silicon Labs’ Zigbee SoC for the MixPad smart panel, switch, and controller series. The Orvibo system hardware and Silicon Labs’ Zigbee wireless solution integrate seamlessly, supporting functions of many different smart home devices and applications. The MixPad is the hub of the Orvibo smart home system and is designed for convenient operation to make the home life experience more natural and comfortable. The MixPad panels are user-intuitive and offer touchscreen, voice, and app control, and allow people to control all smart home systems from one single user interface mounted within their home.
The Orvibo MixPad series product family was launched on November 19 and will be available online at the company’s new flagship opening in Shenzhen on Dec. 6.
