Tripp Lite, a manufacturer of power protection and connectivity solutions, has introduced three single-phase switched Power Distribution Units (PDUs) with individual outlet current monitoring.
The new switched PDUs offer users the ability to turn on, turn off, recycle or lock out power to individual receptacles as well as locally and remotely monitor each receptacle’s output power consumption. This helps network managers more efficiently manage network power consumption, the company says.
Cord retention brackets keep vital network equipment plugged in and constantly powered.
“Our new single-phase switched power distribution units are a great addition to our continually expanding line of PDU offerings,” said Rich Feldhaus, product manager for Tripp Lite. “With features like individual outlet current monitoring and remote access options, our PDUs help make it easier for network managers to properly balance loads remotely and on site at any time.”
