Adding new system configuration possibilities for dealers, Nortek Security & Control has released a new Samsung Display Driver for its ELAN control system at CEDIA Expo 2019 in Booth 2013.
The new driver allows dealers to easily control Samsung displays via IP, with compatible models including The Frame,The Wall Luxury, and The Wall Pro.
According to ELAN project manager Larry Cramp, dealers will benefit from the partnership with a more seamless integration experience.
“It’s now possible to easily integrate the ELAN system with Samsung displays over the network, with the added convenience of directly accessing the displays’ internal smart sources,” Cramp said. “Besides the expected power, source, and volume-type controls, dealers will also have direct access to controls like picture modes, calibration, navigation, and more.”
