Audio Design Merges with k2 Dealer Services

Both firms have long histories in the industry and the relationship aims to combine their mutual experiences providing outsourced design, best practices, standards and design processes to provide the highest quality design services available to dealers today.

Audio Design, Inc., founded in 2006 by Curt Hayes, provides outsourced design services and is now supported by a team with a combined 100+ years of direct industry experience. k2 Dealer Services was founded in 2007 by Dave Kirn. As a D-Tools Certified Partner, k2 developed unique capabilities in database management, report generation and consulting. Kirn will assume the role of president of a newly formed Dealer Services division, as well as director of the System Design Group.
