Azione Unlimited (AU)’s first-ever Motivational Contest, which started in January, has been driving new business for the buying group. An incentive package designed to encourage AU dealer members to support AU vendors by adopting their brand, will reward the five highest performing dealer members and four vendor members with an all-expenses-paid trip to Grace Bay Beach Resort, a luxury resort in Turks and Caicos, for a five-day, four-night stay.
“This is a push–pull promotion designed to motivate dealers to do more business with Azione’s vendors, and at the same time light a fire under vendors to engage and promote the benefits of their brand,” said Azione president Richard Glikes. “This contest is all about encouraging dealers to try new solutions offered by Azione vendors and to help our vendors establish even greater brand loyalty with our dealers. The secondary benefit is that the winners will get to bond in a heavenly location.”

Dealers and vendors will be rewarded for their efforts in a number of categories that show a dedication to supporting growth and encouraging the mutual support of AU dealer and vendor members. “Our dealers and vendors alike are incredibly excited about the competition, and on the heels of our energetic spring conference, they are feeling more motivated than ever to grow their businesses and reap the rewards,” Glikes said. “To date, over 89 brands have been added to our dealers’ mix and more are reported daily!”
Dealers can win in one of four categories: most sales through Azione vendors, most dollar growth with Azione vendors, highest growth percentage with Azione vendors, and random dealer drawing.
Four vendor members will be awarded the prize for their performance in the following categories: most dollar growth, highest growth percentage, most dealers added, and random vendor drawing.
