Under the Education Ecosystem, Connected Coaching offers members an opportunity to engage in intimate, 10-person coaching sessions led by industry experts. Monthly sessions facilitate discussions with peers and business coaches, providing targeted insights for various job roles. These purpose-built meetings offer coaching for different layers of the dealer’s business.

Skill Seminars for Hands-On Expertise

Skills Seminars, led by seasoned professionals such as Jason Sayen, founder of I Am Sayen and McKibbin, provide a classroom-style learning experience. McKibbin’s sessions offer focused tracks covering essential process components, goal setting, DISC personality assessments, delegation techniques, skill transfer processes, and more. Sayen’s classes will utilize Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and create process improvements across every sector of a dealer’s business. These seminars will run between 6 and 12 weeks, provide 1-on-1 time, and give everyone a certificate of completion.

Moreover, the webinars provide strategic insights from industry leaders, sparking new ideas and perspectives. Azione Unlimited’s strategic partnership with CEDIA offers free access to their CEDIA Academy.
