California Audio Technology (CAT) and C-SEED/Porsche Design collaborated to present a CAT MBX $800,000 two-channel high performance audio system in Hollywood’s Chaplin Theater at Raleigh Studios March 18 and 19.

The two high-end firms, CAT, a global engineering and custom audio manufacturing firm, and C-SEED, an LED TV screen manufacturer hosted designers, builders, clients and AV dealers at Raleigh Studios, Paramount Studios, and the Pacific Design Center. CAT is offering audio systems for onboard and off-board C-Seed’s flagship product, a $1 million, motorized outdoor LED TV spanning 201-inches diagonal, which folds up and retreats underground. The TV is waterproof, fully daylight compatible, and rotatable through 270 degrees.
CAT audio systems will also be available for the landscape surrounding the C-SEED. These range in price from $100,000 to $5 million and will seamlessly integrate and support the TV.
The partners are looking toward opportunities in residential, commercial, and mega-yacht type applications.
