Dubbed “Capitol All-Access Dealer Services” for its wide breadth of options and benefits, the program is divided into two tiers: customers can take advantage of an extensive series of market-support tools and assistance with basic system design or upgrade to highly specialized design and related next-level support through the company’s CS Consulting Services and Panasonic phone programming.
As an adjunct to Capitol’s dealer program, CS Consulting Services features a wide range of services, including network design, configuration and support; residential and commercial automation system design; and residential and commercial AV configuration.
