Capitol will be conducting eight free training courses at its headquarters on October 15 and 16, 2014, as part of the Capitol Learning Institute program. These classes are focused on residential installations and feature products introduced at or around last month’s CEDIA EXPO.
“These sessions are ideal for both for anyone who saw these important products at CEDIA or may be coming to them with fresh eyes,” explained Curt Hayes, president and CFO of the Eagan, MN-based distributor. “Though anyone involved in residential work would benefit from attending them, as we will be covering some of the hottest new products from the biggest names in the business.”
The two-day training event will feature a thorough look at Sony’s premium products and Toshiba’s 2014 line including insight on how to be sell and integrate them into current and upcoming projects. Courses will focus on Onkyo, Dolby Atmos, Russound, KEF, Legrand’s NuVo, iPort/Launchport, and Lutron’s Caseta wireless lighting control system.
A complete description of each course, along with the specific dates and times, can be found on Capitol’s website. In addition to providing a thorough understanding of these new products and technologies, these 90-minute classes are designed to provide practical marketing, sales, and installation tips to help attendees maximize their growth and profitability.
