CUK Group has appointed James Drummie as technical and training manager, strengthening its support offering for residential AV dealers across the U.K. and Ireland.
Drummie brings more than 25 years’ experience in the AV industry, having worked across retail and distribution in sales, sales management, and product management roles. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with dealers on home cinema design, product selection, customer demonstrations, technical support, and training.
A recognized figure within the residential AV sector, Drummie has previously presented at industry events including CEDIA and EI Live!, taught the CEDIA Home Cinema Design course, and was formerly a certified THX calibrator.
In his new role, Drummie will support CUK’s residential business through technical support, dealer training, system design assistance, product demonstrations, and content creation. He will also work closely with manufacturers on product launches, training programs, and customer projects.
