Gramophone, a leading Mid-Atlantic technology integrator and design-build firm, has announced the acquisition of a landmark commercial complex that will serve as its future headquarters. The Baltimore-area innovation hub will be an immersive destination where technology, design, and lifestyle converge, while significantly expanding the company’s electrical and design-build capabilities.

Spanning approximately 70,000 square feet, the campus represents a bold evolution of Gramophone’s vision, bringing together architecture, interior design, and integrated technology within a single, purpose-built environment. Designed to inspire both industry professionals and discerning homeowners, it will serve as a hub for creativity, education, and collaboration.

Gramophone’s center will host large-scale events, including partner activations, product launches, and community gatherings, alongside curated experiences such as culinary demonstrations, entertainment zones with golf simulators, and niche-focused programming. Immersive environments throughout the space will showcase the latest in audio, video, lighting, advanced electrical, and smart living, allowing guests to move through thoughtfully designed settings that blend performance with aesthetics and demonstrate how technology can seamlessly enhance everyday life.
