Lowell Manufacturing Company Welcomes Third Generation to the Family Business

Thomas Lowell has joined the company as a process engineer.

Lowell Manufacturing Company has announced that Thomas Lowell has joined the company as a process engineer. Thomas is the son of Tom Lowell, one of the owners of the company who also serves as the purchasing manager.

Thomas Lowell brings a Bachelor of Engineering degree, as well as experience authoring good manufacturing practice (GMP) documents at a Fortune 100 company. His focus at Lowell Manufacturing will be to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of processes as he designs and implements procedures that drive scalability and repeatability within all areas of production.

Founded in 1947, Lowell Manufacturing Company celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2022. As third-generation family members join the business, the company plans to broaden its legacy of developing quality, American-made products for the professional audio-visual trade by expanding to accommodate new markets. The lineup of 19-inch equipment racks, Rackware accessories, AC power distribution, and audio distribution products is set to include a line of data racks in several styles and sizes, as well as a variety of specialty products manufactured for customers on an OEM basis.
