URC is inviting dealers to enroll in its new online educational center, URC University, where they can track their training progress, take self-paced classes, sign up for webinars, and register for live events.

At URC University, all learning experiences are documented, creating a transcript that provides an archive of completed courses. Certificates of completion are easily downloaded for any and all completed courses, and remain available any time in the user’s transcript. All course materials are conveniently in one place, and it’s easy to download handouts, manuals and related items.
Providing even more incentive to attend URC University, ESCs can earn BlueBucks by successfully completing the quizzes that are offered for many of the self-paced classes. Like frequent flier miles, BlueBucks can be accumulated and redeemed for gift cards at hundreds of national retailers and restaurants.
